Since our founding in 2005, we have been revolutionizing medical billing and practice management with our cloud-based solutions. We began in close collaboration with Revenue Cycle Management companies but soon found that OpenPM was also a great fit for larger practices and in partnership with EHR systems.  Our comprehensive solution includes traditional billing and practice management features, along with EDI, patient A/R, and patient engagement tools for a seamless RCM machine. While we believe our system is second to none in the marketplace, our clients love us even more for our attention to the client experience

  • While we love client new feature requests, all product enhancements are released into OpenPM for the benefit of all users. There is one version of code to support, with many options that can be activated if desired.

  • OpenPM is browser-based and can be accessed from any secure browser on any device.

  • Yes. OpenPM can act as both an Identity Provider and Service Provider by being able to create and ingest any appropriate SAML assertion from any remote application.

  • You do not. OpenPM is backed up using the latest technology within AWS cloud infrastructure.  Your data is backed up every 5 minutes and maintained for 35 days.

  • We offer a variety of training resources to help you succeed, including initial training with your implementation specialist, guided tours, on-demand videos, and embedded help text. Plus, our Help Center and Knowledge Base provide 24/7 access to detailed articles and guides. Meet Your Teams

  • Open Practice charges a low monthly subscription fee which includes software, updates, hosting and support. There are no long-term commitments required, no hidden costs, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions start at $150 for practices and $50 per client for RCM companies billing for multiple practices.
